１年という期間ですが、当サイトでもA/B テストは繰り返してきました。今後もPDCAを回してサイト改善に励みたいと思います。

分かりにくい質問で失礼いたしました。ユーザビリティが何より重要なことは確かにおっしゃる通りです。私もユーザビリティ向上を目指してサイト運営をしたいと考えています。
ここでのSEO観点というのは、あくまでGoogleクローラーによるサイト評価のみに絞った話でした。某コンサル？の方の記事でサイト内のすべての記事に「アフィリエイトリンク」「外部サイトへの発リンク」が多いサイトは、クローラーによるサイト評価やGoogleアップデートの悪影響を受けやすい傾向があるという記事を読み、そのような考えに至りました。

現在のサイトを育てつつ、同ジャンルの別案件を扱いたいので今後のサイト分けにおける記事構成の戦略を知りたく質問いたしました。ありがとうございました。

アフィリエイト広告やサイトへの発リンクが多いことが「サイト評価や Google アップデートの悪影響」となるというのは、間違えではありませんが、正解でもありません。検索サイトは、単にアフィリエイト広告やサイトへの発リンクの数を見てサイトへの評価を下しているわけではないためです。
検索サイトが主に見ている部分は、ユーザー行動です。サイトに訪れた読者がどのように行動したのか、それがポジティブな行動かネガティブな行動かを見て、そしてサイトを評価しています。
ちなみに Google は、サイトを評価をするためのシグナルとして、現在は 100 以上 200 以下のシグナルを用いていると公言しています。つまり、単にユーザー行動だけを見て評価しているわけでもありません。どのシグナルに重きを置いているかなどはブラックボックスなので、明確な答えもありません。

で、ただ単に広告や発リンクなどの表面的な部分だけを見て SEO を語るコンサルやアナリストは多いですよね。惑わされてはいけません。
結果的に見てみれば、広告や発リンクが多いサイトの評価が下げられる傾向にあるのかもしれませんが、その理由は、広告や発リンクが多いとユーザビリティの妨げになる可能性が高いためです。

例えるのであれば、テレビ番組と CM のようなもの。単純に、CM が多いテレビ番組は嫌悪されます。ただ、CM は絶対悪でしょうか？
もちろん制作側もスポンサーの意向を汲んで CM を流すわけですが、番組のクライマックスに至る前に CM を挿入するなどすれば、クライマックス前に視聴者に軽い失望を味あわせつつ、それを踏み台にした数倍の感動を味合わせることだってできます。
ブログにおけるアフィリエイト広告も似たようなもので、効果的に活用するために適切な場所に貼り付けるべきなわけです。
スポンサーの意向だけを汲んで CM を乱発することは、ブログにおいて収益を意識してアフィリエイト広告を貼りまくる行為と同じ。つまりは、広告（CM）も加味した上でサイト（番組）を構成することが、収益的にもサイト評価的にも正解となるわけですね。

こういった前提があってこその、「サイト評価や Google アップデートの悪影響」という考えであるべき。しかし表面的に見て SEO を語るクソコンサルが多いのが現状です。

そうは言っても、1 年で収益 12 万円のブログを構築できたわけですから、それは素晴らしいことですよ。むしろそのメソッドを、私が教わりたいほどです。

▶そうは言っても、1 年で収益 12 万円のブログを構築できたわけですから、それは素晴らしいことですよ。むしろそのメソッドを、私が教わりたいほどです。

有難いお言葉です。正確には１年かけて80記事ほど書き、21000PVで、先月の収益が120,500円程でした。2万３万の高単価案件ではなく、私が利用価値が高いと思った商品やサービスをさりげなくお勧めし月に30～50件成約頂く記事構成で丁寧に書いてきました。

ただ例えば、サイトの運営歴や情報の発信頻度、被リンクの獲得状況という部分は検索サイトがサイトを評価する上でのシグナルの一つではあるので、ドメインパワー云々や被リンク云々の考え方としてはそもそもが間違ってはいるものの、結果的にはそれが今現在の検索結果に影響を及ぼしているような状態とはなっています。

つまり、今現在の検索アルゴリズムを考慮すると確かにドメインが強いサイトが上位に表示されがち（という結果）ですが、検索アルゴリズムなど常に更新されていていつ今のルールが覆されるかはわからないため、今の視点でサイトを構築していっても短期的な上昇で終わる可能性が高いわけです。なので長期的な視点でサイトを運営していくべきで、その具体的な方針としては、「Google が掲げる 10 の事実」に沿ったサイト運営となります。

ブログも、そうあるべきではないでしょうか。

自身が目指したいところを目指せば良いと思いますし、そのために回り道をすることも間違いではありません。今のブログで収益のベースを作りつつ、その収益を元に本当に運営したいサイトを改めて運営してみる。そういった流れでも良いのでは？

ちなみにアドセンスは、多からず少なからずの広告数で適切な場所に貼り、そして読者が自然と集まるサイトを運営していくことで、クリック単価が上がっていきクリック率も最適化され、結果として 1,000PV ごとのインプレッション収益（RPM）が上がっていきます。つまり、アドセンスで 12 万円を獲得するために必要な PV は、サイトの運営方法によって変わってくるわけです。
例えば私のサイトは RPM 700 ～ 1,000 円なので、12 万円を獲得するために必要な PV は 15 万 PV 前後となります。

もちろん、2 万 PV で 12 万円を生み出すことができるアフィリエイトほどの効率の良さまでは求められませんが、好きなことを好きなように書いてユーザーに喜ばれるだけで収益が発生するアドセンス型のブログは、長期的には強いとは思いますよ。
